On April 8, 2015, the Central Texas Association for Energy Economics (CTAEE) and Energy Institute at The University of Texas at Austin sponsored a workshop in Blanton Auditorium to address technical aspects of implementing the EPA’s proposed 111(d) rules.
The program highlighted five distinguished speakers, beginning with an overview of the proposed rule, followed by two sessions of two experts each who discussed the results of their research on impacts of the proposed rule.
