ICYMI: Energy Regulation Policy Forum with Chairman Shaw

In case you missed it, on April 21st, Power Across Texas (PAT) hosted its third policy forum of 2015 featuring Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Chairman Bryan W. Shaw who provided his insight on the EPA’s Clean Power Plan and the Texas perspective. The forum was not only well-attended by PAT members but also included special guests ERCOT CEO Trip Doggett and PUC Commissioner Ken Anderson.  For more information about Chairman Shaw and the Clean Power Plan, please see PAT’s “Come Prepared” document sent to our members prior to the event.

PAT’s third biennial Texas Energy Innovation Challenge (TEIC) is coming up this Friday, May 1st!  Competing teams from five Texas universities will be gathering at the Texas Capitol to present their timely solutions for the best use of the water produced from hydraulic fracturing.
