In case you missed it, on April 21st, Power Across Texas (PAT) hosted its third policy forum of 2015 featuring Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Chairman Bryan W. Shaw who provided his insight on the EPA’s Clean Power Plan and the Texas perspective. The forum was not only well-attended by PAT members but also included special guests ERCOT CEO Trip Doggett and PUC Commissioner Ken Anderson.
